Blessing with angel dust

People are very sensitive on the head and stomach. That's why I clarify beforehand how close or direct the touch should be, whether I can touch the physical body or whether I should work 10 cm above it on the etheric body.

How do I give angel dust if you are lying down?

I sit or stand to your right and place my left hand gently on or slightly above your head, with my thumb pointing to the forehead chakra.

I place my right hand on or slightly above the hara, the center of your body below the navel. I stay like this for around 1 minute.

Then I raise both hands 10 cm high and bring both thumbs and inde x fingers together over your heart chakra to form a heart.

I pull the energy up from your heart and spread it all over your body in the form of imaginary angel dust by fluttering my fingers from above.

I keep my hands at some distance and brush down your body, and only then do I touch your body. Depending on what seems appropriate to me or what we have agreed beforehand, I could also knead your legs and feet.

How do I give angel dust if you are sitting?

I place my right hand on or over your forehead with my thumb on the forehead chakra, or Third Eye Chakra, and my left hand on or over your lower abdomen, with the thumb on your navel.

After 1-2 minutes I bring my hands together over your heart, pull them up to the crown of my head and let angel dust trickle
