Gay As Is tells the story of a young woman in New York City and her gay lifestyle.

James Pson was born in the 1990's, in the Bergen County section of New Jersey. He attended the School of Art& Design for two semesters before dropping out and taking off to Texas and helping out his uncle on his ranch. While there, James developed a love for writing. He first started writing in a daily journal about his life and the ranch he worked on. He gave vivid descriptions on every aspect of ranch life, including the horses and other nearby animals. Pson took a few writing classes and that led him into entering various writing contests. Though he rarely won, he usually placed high on voting lists. He still received praise, and this gave him the confidence to continue on his writing journey. James took a course at a Community College that allowed him to receive his high school equivalent while earning college credit. Pson kept in touch with a few of the students from Art& Design, there were several girls, half were lesbian. Since he spoke to them over years, he had plenty of stories about their intriguing lifestyles. They didn't mind him using many of their stories if he ever decided to write a book. Well, here it is, Gay As Is, enjoy.

Mira Sweeney is a twenty three year old Irish American college student, several classes shy of her B.A. degree in communications. She is also a lesbian, very confident, unashamed and very prideful in her sexuality. Mira is a New York City native of the lower east side, never poor but raised in modest means. Mira lives with her girlfriend Amber, in a Manhattan apartment.

Amber is a waitress who sometimes bartends, Mira is also a waitress but has recently taken a part time shift to make time for her studies. Nothing is perfect in Mira’s world, but she has few complaints. Her outlook on life seems smart, healthy and mature. She’s a pro active organizer who makes no excuses and doesn’t point fingers. A stand up young woman for the times.

Both Mira and Amber are at home after a tiring day at school and work.

Mira: Hey love, you want to join me in the shower?

Amber: Mira you know that was the first thing I did when I got home.

Mira: That’s right, you got here an hour before me. Right. You could get wet again.

Amber: I’m all watered out love. You’re on your own.

Mira: Bitch. [they both laugh as Mira closes the shower curtain].

After a couple of minutes Mira sees the shower curtain open, and there is Amber, fully nude.

They automatically kiss as Mira aggress
