2.0 – Potency Power Practice
“It is not enough to just have a bigger penis; you should also have the energy and staying power to use it.”
—Hsi Lai
It was Leonardo Da Vinci who said, “The penis does not obey the orders of its master, who tries to erect or shrink it at will. Instead, the penis erects free while its master is asleep. The penis must be said to have its own mind, by any stretch of the imagination.” The essence of potency power practice is understanding the dynamics of the “sexual energy economy.” When one understands what the “sexual battery” is that powers up the penis and how this “sexual battery” is charged and discharged, one can then command more conscious control over one's “love tool.”
Think of the penis as a light bulb that when turned on (erect) is constantly burning energy. Now think of hormones and semen as the fuel. Now think of the nervous system as a “sexual battery” (the way the sexual energy (fuel) gets charged and discharged). The greater the reserve reservoir of sexual energy (semen and hormones) one has at any given time, the more solid (harder) the erection will be. Also, the more stamina and sexual sensation one will have. The harder the penis is, the more intense stimulation it can withstand (and provide) for a longer duration without premature ejaculation because high penile blood pressure can interrupt the nervous signals that trigger ejaculation.
Conversely, erections that are not engorged to an extreme because the supply of sexual energy (hormones and semen) is not sufficient make one more prone to early ejaculation, usually ending the erotic episode. Aside from this, smaller, softer erections have a much lower chance of providing one's partner with orgasmic pleasure as well because the penis will not be hard (inflated) enough to sufficiently stimulate the female sex organs.
Since starting a sexual love session without the “sexual battery” sufficiently charged to supply sexual stamina is similar to going on a long trip without a full tank of gas, it is important to understand the sexual-energy economy. The main things that discharge the “sexual battery” in the short term are ejaculation, mental stress, and physical overexertion. This will be covered in this chapter. Things that corrode the capacity of the “sexual battery” to charge in the long run (disable the semen/hormone production system) are street drugs, many prescription drugs, poor diet, smoking, lack of exerci
